0165 (2)(c) There were two cords not secured in the kitchen. 0165 (2)(d) There was a plastic bag in the outdoor yard in the licensed area. The plastic bag was removed during the monitor visit. 0165 (3)(e) The rug area that was set in the living room kept on moving and was a tripping hazard. The rug area in the living room was removed during the monitor visit.
